Bizzarchy is a satirical organizational framework that examines how nonsense acquires language, authority, legitimacy, and governance.
Is Bizzarchy satire or serious management analysis?
Both.
The satire creates recognition. The framework, case studies, and narratives examine the organizational systems that make the absurd appear perfectly reasonable.
Who is Bizzarchy for?
Bizzarchy is obviously for professionals.
It asks for more than professional experience. It requires the ability to recognize organizational absurdity, including the uncomfortable moments even when the satire begins to implicate you.
Is Bizzarchy only about poor leadership?
That would give poor leadership far too much credit.
Leadership is one part of a larger system. Bizzarchy examines strategy, incentives, metrics, governance, corporate rituals, behavior, and the human cost of organizational dysfunction.
What is being developed?
A complete body of work around the Bizzarchy framework is being assembled.
It will explore organizational dysfunction through satire, narratives, observations, case studies, and analysis.
